Please call your alderman and let them know the need to support the work of Fair Calgary.
Fair Calgary is a project that is looking at the fees charged by city services are fair.
the committee voted down the recommendations, however on Monday, council will officially vote if this project continues.
Fair Calgary is a city project which was instrumental in getting the low-income transit pass available to citizens living on l0w-income, in addition to fee assistance program for recreation.
Help make our city affordable for all!!!

Celebrating International Day of Disabled Persons
Wow! Over 150 people packed the city hall atrium to celebrate International Day of Disabled Persons! What a show! And thanks so much to all the trade show booths displaying exciting work for disability culture, education, employment and opportunities!
Self Advocacy Summit as Success!
Wow! Our third conference with self-advocates from around Alberta! We are getting louder, prouder and stronger! This conference was a great opportunity to share what we know and practice self-advocacy. Our most exciting step was to put our plan into action.
