Lets talk about SIS!!!

We will be talking about what our experiences have been since the government This Thursday June 19th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm we will talk about the Supports Intensity Scale tool, commonly called SIS.

3. For those who have seen or used the My Supports Profile:

· What do you like and/or not like about the My Supports Profile?
· How could it be improved?
· The report itself?
· The process to reviewing the report?

4. For those who have not received a My Supports Profile, 

How could using the SIS information help with planning?


5. For those who have received a My Supports Profile, 

Did the SIS information help with planning?
i. If yes, how so?
ii. If not, why not? What could be improved?

6. For Everyone, is there anything else you want to tell us about the SIS?

Best of luck at the 2014 Self-Advocacy Summit


Over 190 self-advocates will be gathering this weekend in Edmonton for the 2014 Self-Advocacy Summit. 
The conference is hosted by the provincial group known as 'Albertans Advocating for Change Together' (AACT) 

We wish the conference goers the best of luck as they meet, share, speak out and connect!
