Digital Citizenship - T-H-I-N-K before your post, toolkit for "Taking charge of why you can"

Being stuck at home can sometimes be hard.

A few years ago we asked Calgary Police Services to come in and talk to us about digital citizenship. They shared an infographic called “THINK” on how to be a good digital citizen.

THINK is a very good reminder of how to check in with yourself before you post.

Sometimes it is hard to handle all the information from the TV, the Internet, and social media, especially when we are living on our own, away from our friends and families. It can be stressful.

We want to remind people to call 2-1-1 if life at home gets overwhelming. As people like to share different opinions about recent government decisions and COVID19.  Managing people's opinions and information out there can be hard, especially when they may not match our own opinions.

Please check out the "Taking Charge of what you can: A COVID-19 Toolkit" made by Alberta Health Services that was shared in the Vibrant Calgary Communities Dec 11th newsletter. It is a great tool kit on how to manage life at home and staying healthy.
